The 13 major prize winners will be notified by email on 24th October 2023 using the details disclosed on the entry form. The winners’ names and their winning entry will also be published on the AGnVET website at www.agnvet.com.au

The overall theme of the competition is ‘Safety on the Farm’ focusing on different ways to keep everyone safe on the farm and to highlight possible hazardous areas
Our judges will be looking for bright, colourful artworks that depict a strong safety message. Artworks will be selected based on theme, originality/creativity, composition and if it is eyecatching.
1 x First prize = $100 gift card + prize pack – Artwork will feature on the cover of the calendar and be displayed on the AGnVET website
12 x Second prizes = $50 gift card + prize pack – Artwork will feature on one month’s page in the calendar and be displayed on the AGnVET website
160 runners up prize packs to the value of $80 and artwork will be displayed on the AGnVET website
Certificate of Participation
All entries receive a personalised Certificate of Participation that can be downloaded after each entry has been submitted.
The winners will be selected by a panel of judges from the AGnVET Marketing Team.
There is no limit to the quantity of artworks submitted by each child. Each artwork must be submitted as an individual entry via the website.
A good quality and clear photo of your artwork can be submitted by clicking the ‘upload artwork’ button and entering the details provided in the form.
The artworks will not be displayed publicly on the website until our judges have approved the submission for display. Artworks will generally be approved within 1-3 days of submission. If the judges do not consider the artwork suitable for the competition it will not be approved.
No – the competition if only open to Children who live in Australia and its external Australian territories.
In order to be suitable for publication in our 2024 calendar, artworks that are submitted must be A4 in size (297mm wide by 210mm high – landscape orientation). The image of the submitted artwork MUST be 2480 x 3508 pixels at 300 ppi (pixels per inch).
You retain your rights to your artwork; however, by entering the contest, entrants grant AGnVET a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, reproduce and create derivative works of the entries, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or subsequently developed, for any educational, promotional, publicity, exhibition, archival, scholarly and all other standard AGnVET purposes. Any artwork reproduced in the calendar will include the artists name as feasible. AGnVET will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such uses.
